Refund policy

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before the goods are shipped or put into production. You will receive a full refund upon cancellation. Please note that once the goods have been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

 

Return policy (if applicable)

We welcome returns. Customers can apply for a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

Items eligible for return must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt) is required. Do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Customers only need to pay for shipping once per order (including return shipping). There are no additional restocking fees.

 

Refund (if applicable)

We will notify you by email once we receive and inspect your returned goods. You will also be informed whether your refund request has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within a few 14 working days and the refund amount will be returned to your original payment method.

 

Refund delays or omissions (if applicable)

If your refund has not yet arrived, please check your bank account again.

Next, please contact your credit card issuer—refunds can sometimes take time to process. You may also need to contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
